Cancellation and Refund Policy
Deterministic outcomes for the current stage, when applications and payment are closed.

Fees, taxes and records
Published course fees are informational while payment is closed. No gateway charge is deducted. No tax invoice or payment receipt is issued without a transaction. Any future payment page must show whether taxes are included, applicable deductions, the refund-processing target and how an invoice or receipt is provided.
Version binding
Policy 1.1.0 governs only the current no-payment stage. Before any future payment, the offer and checkout must identify the applicable commercial-policy version. Accepting a later offer binds that disclosed version; it is not silently changed after payment.
