Terms and eligibility
- The offering is for adults aged 18 or over.
- Applying will be free and admission is reviewed and discretionary.
- An application does not guarantee admission, a seat, employment, placement, income, certification, or a particular learning outcome.
- Applicants must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully and respectfully.
Privacy
The application process is designed to collect only the identity, profile, eligibility, acknowledgement, readiness, application, audit, and communication information needed to operate and support an application. Do not submit sensitive or unnecessary information. Access is restricted to the learner, authorised administrators, and platform processors needed to provide the service.
Operational retention follows a purpose-limited schedule pending qualified review. Privacy and closure requests may be sent to contact@suyogjoshi.com.
Course delivery and recordings
Dates and delivery details are not yet confirmed. A cohort will run only after its published minimum and operational conditions are met. Any recording availability, access period, participant notice, privacy control, and replacement or revocation terms will be published before applications open.
Fees, cancellation, and refunds
Course pages disclose intended fees and deposits for transparency. The application stage does not request or accept payment, so no application-stage payment, cancellation charge or refund arises. Any future payment, tax, cancellation, or refund terms require separate approval and qualified advice before payment is enabled.
Conduct and confidentiality
Learners will be expected to participate respectfully, protect other participants' personal or confidential information, and avoid unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or disruptive use of course spaces and materials. Detailed conduct rules will be published before enrolment.
Support and grievance process
Email contact@suyogjoshi.com for support, privacy requests, or grievances. The response targets are acknowledgement within 2 business days and a substantive response or progress update within 7 business days.
