Service providers and storage
GitHub Pages hosts the public website. Google Analytics measures public-page use. AWS services support authentication, forms, application storage, email and operations. Razorpay may process payments. Meeting, storage and learning-resource providers such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and GitHub are disclosed before use for a cohort.
Cookies and browser storage
Google Analytics may use browser identifiers for site measurement. The site also uses browser storage for navigation state, anonymous feedback identity, application drafts and authenticated learner sessions. Disabling storage may prevent those features from working correctly.
How long information is retained
- Abandoned application drafts stored in your browser: up to 7 days or until submission.
- Declined, withdrawn or superseded training readiness answers: deleted or anonymised after 12 months unless needed for a dispute or legal obligation.
- Active learner records: retained for the learner relationship, then reviewed for deletion or anonymisation at closure.
- Required acknowledgement and audit evidence: retained for 3 years after the related application or learner relationship ends.
- Communication delivery metadata and support records: normally 12 months, or longer while an active matter is being resolved.
- Payment and invoice records: retained for applicable financial, fraud-prevention, dispute and legal obligations.
- Recordings and completion records: the applicable cohort notice states the period before enrolment.
Optional choices
Marketing, testimonials and identifiable public or promotional use are optional and separate from application, enrolment and course access. Declining or withdrawing optional consent does not affect admission.
Access, correction and deletion
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. Identity may need to be verified. Some minimal financial, fraud-prevention, dispute, security or legal records cannot be deleted immediately; the response will explain what is retained and why.
